The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.09.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, repairs and implementation of new skidding routes, to be performed in the Komańcza District in 2023.

The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11/09/2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended, "PZP") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds.

The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3)-(4) of the PZP

If the action described in the above-mentioned annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
