For the regional lot 8.5 advertised here, only price component 2 is to be offered (universities)!
Preiskomponente 2:
Elimination of emergencies and malfunctions as well as repair services up to EUR 30,000 in individual cases on the basis of individual orders based on the conditions described in Annex 1 to VB TGM Service Description. The offer is prepared on the basis of §4 EU paragraph 3 VOB/A (bidding and bidding procedure) as well as on the specified hourly rates, material costs and surcharges.
The tender data for price component 2 shall be entered in the tender form (TGM tender) under points 2.1, 2.2, 2,3 and 2.4. The estimated annual target values of the service areas are communicated in detail in the "TGM EU Request".
Individual services for emergency and incident rectification as well as plannable repairs and improvements are commissioned separately in each individual case, but up to a maximum value of EUR 2,442,675.00 net in total. An individual order that would lead to this maximum value being exceeded will not be placed. When the maximum value is reached, the Contractor's obligation to perform with regard to the services of emergency and incident rectification as well as planned repair and improvement expires. This is based on the bids and discounts to the standard service books (StLB) specified in the offer, as well as hourly rates and material cost surcharges.
