New construction of the 3-fold gymnasium Adalbert-Stifter-Schule in Forchheim.

Services of structural engineering work phases 1-6 and 8, as well as services of the civil engineering structure work phases 1-8, in each case with step-by-step commissioning

The city of Forchheim intends to build a new 3-fold gymnasium at the Adalbert Stifter School. For this purpose, structural engineering services for work phases 1-6 and 8 in accordance with §53 HOAI and engineering structures in service phases 1-8 in accordance with §41 HOAI are required.

At the Adalbert-Stifter-Schule, about 130 pupils in 8 classes are assigned to the primary school and about 250 pupils to the secondary school. To the north is the Realschule Forchheim, to the south and west is residential development and to the east is a railway line.

The school property (corridor no. 1424) is located in the area of the development plan no. 2/4-1.2.

The gymnasium is to be used mainly for school sports and the spectator seats are to be limited to 199 people.

The space program provides for approx. 1,720 m² of eligible HNF.

In the course of a feasibility study, variants were examined and a preferred variant was selected. The updated rough cost calculation amounts to approx. EUR 16.2 million gross (KGR 200-700).

Events:

The 1st level of services is called up directly after placing the order.

The other levels are called up depending on the funding authorities.

Start of construction (expected) in mid-2025.

Completion in mid-2027.

Start of use school start in 2027 (beginning of September 2027).
