Description:
Provision of forest management services in the Olsztynek Forest District in 2023

1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and secondary use of the forest, water drainage, maintenance of forest roads and nursery production, to be carried out in the Olsztynek Forest District in 2023.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Chapter 3 of the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as SWZ, and in Annexes No. 2-3 to the SWZ.

3. The material ranges listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ are estimates.

4. The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Olsztynek Forest District.

Provision of forest management services in the Marózek, Maróz and Waplewo forestry - Package No. 1.

1. The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forestry Act: Marózek (01), Maróz (03), Waplewo (04).

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and incidental use of the forest, water drainage, maintenance of forest roads and nursery production, resulting from the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The material ranges listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ are estimates.

4. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in the annexes included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to THE SWZ.

6. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7. In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new arrangements location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

8. In the case of obligatory exclusion of items from sourcing in the machinery system (logging of timber at cutting positions where it is not acceptable to use multi-operating machines) in particularly justified cases, e.g. changes in the conditions for which the above operations have been established, the Ordering Party permits a change in logging technology. The rationale shall be provided to the Contractor each time.

9. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Ordering Party's Representatives ("Order"). The content of the Order is specified in the draft provisions of the contract – Annex to the SWZ.

10. The Contractor will be obliged to clean up the remains of acquisition works from roads, surface dividing lines, ditches, etc. facilities and other waste from own activity (garbage, empty packaging, used machine elements, etc.).

Performing services in the field of forest management in the area of forestry Mielno, Tymawa and Nursery Farm Mielno - Package No. 2.

1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act on Forests in Forestry: Mielno (05), Tymawa (06), Gospodarstwo Szkółkarskie Mielno.

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and incidental use of the forest, water drainage, maintenance of forest roads and nursery production, resulting from the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and incidental use of the forest, water drainage, maintenance of forest roads and nursery production, resulting from the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The material ranges listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ are estimates.

3. The material ranges listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ are estimates.

3. The material ranges listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 to the SWZ are estimates.
