Support Contractors Framework

WHM are constructing a contractors framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx 4 000 000 GBP over 4 years.


Medical Adaptations

Services will consist of general medical adaptation works to the housing stock.


Builder work

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Glazing

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Plaster/Roughcasting

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Fencing

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


House Clearances

Services will consist of general responsive house clearance services to the housing stock.


Painting & Decorating

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Carpet Fitting Services

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance and new installtion services to the housing stock.


Ground Works

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Scaffolding

Services will consist of supply of scaffold services to the housing stock.


Controlled Entry & Security Systems Service & Repair

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Multi Trade Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works.

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Drain Jetting & CCTV Survey Services

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Pest Control

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Repair & Maintenance of White Goods

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Deep Cleaning & Bio Hazard Removal Services

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and Deep Cleaning & Bio Hazard Removal Servicesservices to the housing stock.


Fire Alarm Servicing & Repair

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock and offices.


TV & Satellite Aerial Maintenance

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Void Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works.

Gas Heating Installation, Servicing and Repair

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.


Joiner work

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion

Plumber work

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion
