This notice is to advise that Fife Council intends to contract with Cala Homes to design and build 21 new homes

Fife Council is in the process of delivering new Affordable Housing for social rent throughout Fife and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. The proposal to award the contract for 21 New Homes to Cala Homes is as per Section 75 Planning Obligation
