The Municipality of Mustasaari requests applications to participate in the SR project of the Mustasaari Learning Campus as a total contract, which is described in more detail in this request for participation and in its accompanying documents.

For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the previous procurement procedure concerning the same procurement has been suspended by the decision of the Technical Director of the Municipality of Mustasaari § 74 / 16.8.2022.

The target of the acquisition is the new building of the Mustasaari Learning Campus, which covers a total area of approximately 10,000 BR-m². The object of the acquisition is divided into two construction phases. In the first phase of construction, approximately 6,000 br-m² of new building will be targeted. In the second phase, approximately 4,300 br-m² of new building will be targeted, and this is an option in the procurement. The architectural sketches of the new buildings are attached to the request for participation. The contract form is a total contract, which is carried out as an SR contract.

The objective of the contract is to jointly select the tenderer or group of tenderers who submitted the most economically advantageous tender (in the future the tenderer) to carry out the overall contract in the form of an SR contract, using a negotiated procedure. The criteria for overall economic advantage are the cheapest price and the guarantee period. The benchmarks are defined in more detail in the 'Criteria for the subject-matter of the contract' of the request for participation.
