Project management mandate for the restructuring and extension of the Moynat stadium in Thonon-Les-Bains

by deliberation dated December 20, 2021, the client decided to carry out the extension and rehabilitation of the Moynat stadium. An envelope of 10,185,000 euro (s) HT is planned for the works (value May 23).the consultation aims, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2422-5 to 11 of the Public Order Code (CPC), to entrust an economic operator with the implementation of the program in its entirety.taking into account the load plan of the municipal technical services, the Municipality seeks to be assisted by an AMO in order to entrust it with a project management mandate mission to ensure the following missions:1 ° The definition of the administrative and technical conditions according to which the work will be studied and executed; 2 ° The preparation, the award, the signature, after approval of the choice of the successful tenderer, of the public contract of project management as well as the follow-up of its execution; 3 ° The Approval of the preliminary design studies and the studies of Project of the project manager;4 ° The preparation, award, signature, after approval of the choice of the successful tenderers, of public works contracts, as well as the monitoring of their execution;5 ° The payment of the remuneration of the project manager and the payment of public works contracts;6 ° The acceptance of the work;7 ° Act in court on behalf of the Municipality under the conditions fixed in the contract
