Bærum municipality invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for procurement and/or hire of furniture and fixtures with accompanying services. 

In coming years, Bærum kommune needs future oriented, functional and flexible furnishing solutions for future work places in all sectors. For example, it has been decided that premises for administration and a number of service offers shall be based on ‘Activity Based Work Form’ and furnished in accordance with this. The objective is to create an arena for meeting, creating, thinking and sharing, as well as ensuring efficient and optimised area use with correct environment and appropriate solutions. Emphasis shall also be placed on the establishing of digital solutions in multiple areas in ‘future’ Bærum.

To meet the future needs in a satisfactory manner, the Contracting Authority shall enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for safeguarding the tender contest for food and fixtures.. This concerns the purchase of furnitures and fittings over NOK 100,000 excluding VAT for i.a. the office, school, institution and nursery school sectors. Purchases under NOK 100,000 excluding VAT for the individual area are undertaken on the framework agreement within the respective sectors.
