The subject of the contract is the transport from the place of residence of children/pupils/wards with disabilities and pupils transported pursuant to Article 39(3)(1) of the Act of 14 December 2016. Law on School Education, hereinafter jointly referred to as "pupils", to a school/kindergarten/educational unit, hereinafter referred to as "schools", in the school year 2023/2024, together with the provision of care to pupils during transport, on the terms set out in Regulation No. 782/2022/P of the President of the City of Poznań of 26 October 2022, as amended.
