Auris provides care and education to people who have difficulty hearing, speaking and language. Auris does this at various locations throughout the NETHERLANDS. Not all locations fall within the scope of the assignment; for more information see the tender documents.

The assignment is divided into two lots:

- lot 1: cleaning services:

- daily cleaning maintenance,

—— periodic cleaning maintenance inventory,

—— periodic floor maintenance,

- call-off work,

- glass washing.

- lot 2:

- supply of sanitary facilities,

- supply and installation of vending machines and containers on the basis of purchase,

—— maintenance of vending machines and containers,

- supply of consumables.

For lot 1, a fireplace is a compulsory part of the procedure. See question 1.2.7 in the Negometrix questionnaires. This tender has been made available digitally and can be requested via Negometrix. Candidates can independently download the necessary documents and ask the questions digitally.

Royal Auris Group aims to contract one supplier for the cleaning services. This basically covers the following activities:

- daily cleaning maintenance

- periodic inventory maintenance,

- periodic floor maintenance,

- on-demand work,

- glass washing.

Royal Auris Group wishes to contract one supplier for the sanitary facilities. The assignment includes:

- supply and installation of vending machines and containers on the basis of purchase,

- maintenance of vending machines and containers,

- supply of consumables.
