The project is to be carried out in accordance with a collaboration model with the following schedule:

1. Dialogue conference 26.1.2015, 10:30-14:30.

A dialogue conference with potential contractors (contractors, architects, consultant engineers, suppliers etc.) will be arranged at Rauma arts centre, Åndalsnes in the meeting room Romdalshorn.

The aim of the conference is to have a dialogue with potential contractors/contractor group on the aims of the project and how these can best be achieved in a collaboration between contractors and the contracting authority. The contracting authority will be particularly interested in contractors' points of view on the wanted contracting strategy and the implementation model.

Contractors can take part in «speed-dating» after the dialogue conference with a view to optimal group compositions for the following Price and Design Conference (point 2).

Interested parties can register for the dialogue conference on the basis of this notice to Faveo Prosjektledelse AS'contact person by Friday 23.1.2015 at 12:00. All those who would like to participate ought to read annexes 1 and 2 before the conference, so that the contracting authority's expectations for the project result and realisation model are understood. A detailed programme for the dialogue conference will be worked out and sent to all those who have registered.

2. Price and design contest — notice 4.2.2015.

Notice in Doffin of a price and design contest with the following collaboration. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a group (contractor, architect, consultant engineers, etc.) that, on the basis of the concept report and the contractor's tender, can further develop the project in collaboration with the contracting authority in a collaboration phase, which will result in a completed preliminary project. The contract shall include the contractor's solution proposal and the price, as well as the rules for how the final price shall be fixed when the collaboration contract after the collaboration phase shall be replaced by a fixed price when the turnkey contract is signed.

The contest will be held in accordance with the following provisional schedule:

— 18.2.2015 Deadline for requesting pre-qualification;

— 24.2.2015 Invitation to pre-qualified tenderers to participate in the contest. A prior stated remuneration will be paid to those who submit a tender by the deadline;

— 29.6.2015 Tender deadline;

— 8.7.2015 Announcement of the winner;

— 3.8.2015 Contract signing for the collaboration phase.

3. Collaboration phase August 2015 — December 2015.

Result: Completed preliminary project and basis for the turnkey contract.

4. 16.12.2015: Approval of the preliminary project and turnkey contract in the municipal council.

5. Construction phase: May 2016 — August 2017.

Estimated total value excluding VAT: 217 600 000 NOK.
