Diesel oil should meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) The quantities given are estimated quantities, therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the contract in the indicated size, and the Contractor will not make any additional claims for this reason.
The subject of the contract will be received by the ordering party successively, according to its needs, consisting in wholesale delivery to tanks – 9,000 liters (9 m3) of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych w Lipno Sp. z o.o., located at 56 Wyszyńskiego Street (landfill). One-time deliveries in quantities: diesel fuel approx. 7000 liters, based on orders placed.

The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to deliver a tank car equipped with a pump or distributor, meeting all the requirements of applicable law, in particular the Act of 11 May 2001 on measures (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 884) and implementing acts to the Act in the field of auto tankers (vehicles for the transport of liquid fuels). The vehicle to which the fuel supplies will be carried out should be equipped with legalized measuring devices measuring the amount of fuel discharge into the storage tank.
The basis for issuing the invoice will be the amount of fuel delivered at a reference temperature of 15 ° C according to the indications of a legalized measuring system with compensation up to 15 ° C at the Supplier's tank truck. The Supplier will be obliged to provide the registration data of the PUESC system to the e-mail address indicated in the contract.
