The 15 390 m
The property is located in the southeast of a large-scale, heterogeneous block, which is bounded by the street Chausseestraße / Müllerstraße in the east, the Boyenstraße in the south, the Scharnhorststraße in the west and the Sellerstraße in the north. In the middle of the block runs in the east-west direction, the Nordpanke as open waters or in the western part in underground channel laying to the junction with the Nordhafen. The northern block area is characterized as a commercial area with a historic substation and various solitaires. In the southern half of the block there is a green area with sports facilities, including the solitaire of the Erika Hess Ice Stadium and a large playing field for the competition area.
Air conditioning systems
The required ventilation systems for the school building with sports hall will be installed on the roof; the systems are provided with supply and exhaust air. The central ventilation systems are equipped with filters, heaters, fans and heat recovery with cross-flow heat exchangers. A conditioning of the air in the summer does not take place.
2 air conditioning systems supply the classrooms.
Separate systems are installed for the sports hall and the cafeteria; another plant supplies the ancillary rooms and toilet areas.
To save energy, a heat recovery is required.
The heating of the heating registers is done via 2 gas condensing units in the technical room.
Due to the high internal thermal loads of two technical rooms, circulating air cooling is provided for these rooms via an inverter system.
The largest system has a volume flow of approx. 10,000 m
building automation
The building control system includes the control of the ventilation systems, the heating system and parts of the drinking water system and electrical equipment. This includes the basic GA functions such as start-up circuit for HVAC systems (preheating, opening the louvers, enabling the control and switching on the fans).
An automatic power recovery with detection of all fault messages as well as an automatic acknowledgment is planned.
Safety circuits are to be realized at least in their primary protection function so that they can also act in manual or emergency operation.
A frost protection circuit is not required because the RLT registers are filled with a water / glycol mixture.
Pump control: Consumer pumps must be released depending on the system.
Load and mains pumps must be switched in conjunction with frost protection, standstill control and anti-lock protection.
The plants are driven by a weekly switching program, which must also take into account special use times. The times must be able to be entered via an operator display at the ISP as well as via the MBE. The times / dates must be individually adjustable and changeable without programming.
Temperature control of radiant ceiling panels in sports halls.
All external messages are to be accessed directly at the potential-free contact of the third-party plant and thus detect fault messages from plant components.
