1. The subject of the order is the supply of stent grafts.

The Employer in Annex 2 to the ToR requires the Contractor to provide the trade name of the product, the manufacturer, the catalog number of the object of the contract offered by the Contractor - a completed and signed Annex 2 to the ToR should be submitted together with the offer depending on the part for which the Contractor submits the offer .

4. The Awarding Entity allows the submission of partial bids.

5. The order was divided into 3 lots.

6. Under this contract, the Employer provides the option of exercising the option right increasing the scope of the subject of the contract:

- in parts 1-7 items,

- in part 2 - 1 item,

- in part 3 - 2 pcs.
