The self-operated facility Immobilienservice Menden (hereinafter only: ISM) intends the barrier-free conversion and renovation of an empty school building in the Menden district of Lendringsen.

The overall measure is divided into two sub-projects:

- Conversion and renovation of the school building into a primary school (without 2nd floor) (1st subproject)

- Conversion and renovation of the 2nd basement into a kindergarten (2nd subproject)

A feasibility study (work phases 1 and 2) has already been prepared for subproject 1.

The subject matter of this contract is the object planning services for buildings and interiors within the framework of the overall measure described above.
