Heinola Municipal Engineering will request your tender for the grader in accordance with the tender documents. The grader must be suitable for winter and summer maintenance as well as infrastructure construction.

In addition to the grader-specific book, the delivery must include an instruction manual and a spare parts list in Finnish. In addition, the delivery shall include user training for two (2) drivers prior to the approved delivery and service training for three (3) service personnel (at least 1 day per person) within the warranty period at the premises of the client or supplier.

Criteria for a grader:

- Equipment in accordance with road traffic legislation

- The grader and its equipment must meet the occupational and operational safety requirements in force in Finland

- Curb weight not less than 19,000 kg without accessories and additional weights

- Power at least 200 kW

- The engine must meet EU Stage V requirements

The grader should also be equipped with reversing lights incl. with alarm circuit breaker and reverse flash lights 2 pcs. In addition, 2 flash lights per side must be installed on the three sides of the cabin (rear/both sides).

- Provision for the installation of additional work lights on the side plow (beacon and extreme lights)

- Winter tire set 17.5R25 with rims and summer tire set 17.5R25 with rims. Winter tires must be of brand and type Michelin Snow Plus or equivalent and include studding. Summer tires must be of brand and type Bridgestone VJT or equivalent.
