The construction of a parking garage with external dimensions of approx. 210 mx 35 m is planned. The multi-storey car park should contain at least 1,740 parking spaces distributed over 6 parking levels, which are designed as split-levels. The present concept has a floor area of approx. 7 300 m 2 (GFA approx. 44,000 m 2 ), includes barrier-free parking spaces as well as parking spaces with electric charging options. The vertical development (TRH, elevators), office for parking space management with associated sanitary rooms is also taken into account. The facade is to be equipped with a lamellar soundproof facade on all 4 sides. In order to reduce the visibility and to improve the ecological climate, parts of the facades should be greened.

In addition, the outdoor facilities and traffic facilities (entrances and exits) belonging to the parking garage, as well as a construction site clearance in the area of the parking garage, are planned in advance.

It is intended to award planning services - basic services and special services - within the framework of general planning with the service profiles buildings, outdoor facilities, traffic systems, structural planning and technical equipment according to HOAI in service phases 2-9.

The service includes, among other things, the creation of a functional description of services with a service program to be awarded to a general contractor, as well as parts from performance phase 8 for quality assurance and monitoring of the general contractor.

Gradual commissioning is planned.
