The district of Fürstenfeldbruck is planning an extension of the existing grammar school in Gröbenzell with approx. 3,900 sqm GFA as well as the renewal of the outdoor facilities (approx. 3,800 m²). According to the present cost estimate, total costs of approx. € 17.2 million gross (KG 200-600) are assumed.

If necessary, the extension should be built sustainably in wood or wood-hybrid construction.

It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:

Technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, work phases 3-9 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI.

For the measure, the services of the technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 are to be awarded in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI. The services are commissioned in stages. Initially, in the 1st commissioning stage, the service phases 3 and 4 (design and approval planning) are commissioned in accordance with § 55 HOAI. In the following commissioning stages, the service phases 5-9 (gradually) are called up in accordance with § 55 HOAI. There is no legal entitlement to commissioning the further service phases.
