Creation of Replacement Couplers for the RFQ ESS

The benefits are divided into a flat-rate part and an estimated part

Fixed part:

The flat-rate benefits are divided into 2 phases:

• Phase 1: "Qualification" phase which is broken down into 3 positions:

o Item 1: the qualification of the ceramic assembly processes, the production of a ceramic specimen assembly, the tests and the supply of all the associated documentary deliverables,

o Item 2: the qualification of the machining and assembly processes of the parts of the "double cooling tube" assembly, the production and supply of this assembly if necessary, the tests, the supply of all the associated documentary deliverables,

o Item 3: the qualification of the Titanium Nitride deposition process, the performance of tests and the supply of all associated documentary deliverables,

• Phase 2: Implementation phase including

o the production and assembly of 2 RFQ couplers and assembled pick-up antennas,

o Carrying out inspections and tests in factories,

o Packaging and delivery to the CEA's premises,

o Provision of all necessary documents cited in the technical specifications,

o The guarantee of the "Supply" for a period of 12 months from receipt.

Services on prior quotation

Services based on prior quotations are carried out at the request of the CEA and concern additional services not covered by the Technical Specifications.
