The SHS service consists in providing in particular (from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.):

- supervision of the operations carried out in the installation (issuance of work authorizations and fire permits, control of clearances and driving authorizations, site visits, etc.),

- employee safety reception,

- checking the heat load density of the premises,

- health and safety documentation, updating of the activity register and statistics.

The reception service consists in ensuring in particular (from 7.45 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.):

- welcoming staff and visitors,

- vehicle key management,

- archive management,

- the use of IT tools,

- management of dosimetry equipment,

- management of alarms and emergency situations.

The service can be performed on different hourly and daily bases. The different times and days of intervention are handled by services outside the package.

Estimated volume of SHS activity:

- drafting of around fifteen daily task statements / day,

- analysis and drafting of ten fire permits / day,

- around five rolling scaffolding checks / month,

- writing of around five chemical exposure sheets / month,

- control of driving clearances and authorizations, by sampling five minimum controls / month,

- a daily site visit,

- an animation of the security reception / week,

- updating of around 1,500 individual personnel intake files,

- realization of about ten safety postings / week,

- verification of the heat load density of around 300 rooms, 50% of which are sensitive rooms,

- scanning and archiving of around 20 security documents / day.

Estimated volume of reception activity:

- management of around 500 lockers,

- distribution of around 140 dosimeters / quarter,

- calibration of around 140 operational dosimeters / year,

- control of around 140 filtering masks / year,

- management of around 200 “reception of external company personnel” files / month,

- management of seven service vehicles,

- encoding of around 400 badges / month,

- reception of around two groups of visitors / week,

- access management of around 20 vehicles / day.

The duration of the contract is fixed at two years with the possibility of an extension of two times a year.
