Description:
Support for the structure as well as for recruitment during a profound change in the organization of the EPFGE

The purpose of this contract is to entrust a specialized firm with the performance of services for the support of the structure as well as the recruitment on the occasion of a profound change in the organization of EPF Lorraine, now EPF de Grand Est, as part of the extension of its scope of competence to part of the Grand Est Region.

The services to be performed are described in the specifications and include in particular:

- a support mission for the Director General and the Management Committee (CODIR) in monitoring the implementation of the new organization;

- support for change of managers in operational departments;

- coaching and listening missions intended for employees who feel the need;

- support for recruitments, mainly consisting in evaluating candidates, and incidentally in organizing recruitments.
