The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the rules relating to purchase orders that will be issued for the performance of the following services: routine maintenance work following reports from tenants or findings carried out by the contracting authority's technical department. The Framework Agreement, which is multi-awardee, is concluded with a maximum and the terms and conditions of award indicated in the consultation documents. Each framework agreement will be concluded by lot and by geographical area.
