The subject of the present negotiation procedure is the planning and construction of sub-project 3b - an area that is to include a neighbourhood garage with at least 450 car parking spaces as well as an area for car and bike sharing and a charging station for e-mobility (Jelbi station).

The tender document presented here relates to the planning and realisation of a neighbourhood garage in system construction with at least 450 car parking spaces at the intersection of Daumstraße/ Rhenaniastraße (WATERKANT Berlin, subproject 3b).

Further commercial space within the neighbourhood garage is required for tenants (caretaker service) or general services of the client.

In addition, an area for car and bike sharing, charging stations for e-mobility (Jelbi station) and an area for an energy center are to be provided.

The construction of the neighbourhood garage is to be carried out as an above-ground open garage in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the Operation of Structural Facilities of the State of Berlin and taking into account the documents sent along.

An offer is expected as a total contractor service for the overall realisation of the neighbourhood garage, including all necessary planning services and fees incurred (KG 700), the necessary development services on the construction site and execution of the required sidewalk crossings (KG 200), the construction costs (KG 300 + 400) and the construction of the outdoor and ancillary facilities (KG 500). In addition, information on maintenance costs is desired at an early stage in the process.

For the façade design (see chapter 2.2.5), the bidder is expected to submit two design designs.
