The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the extension of national road No. 46 on the section Nysa - Pakosławice "with a length of 6,151 km, including, inter alia, a 2x2 road section, adaptation to 115 kN load and forecast traffic.

The subject of the contract is: development of project documentation for the extension of national road No. 46 on the section Nysa - Pakosławice "with a length of 6,151 km including in particular:

- demolition of existing engineering and cubature buildings (including residential buildings),

- cutting down colliding trees and shrubs,

- strengthening / replacing the existing pavement structure - adaptation to 115 kN load and forecast traffic,

- 2x2 road section application,

- construction of pavements, pedestrian and bicycle paths and collective roads preceded by an analysis of the legitimacy of their location,

- construction of bus bays,

- making road shoulders,

- execution of traffic safety elements,

- extension of intersections - execution of additional traffic lanes (left turns, right turns) and traffic lights:

- intersection of national road No. 46 with the municipal road to Regulice and a new section of the municipal road to Hanuszów at km 57 + 784 in Hanuszów,

- the intersection of national road No. 46 with the municipal road at km 59 + 563 in Strobice

- intersection of national road No. 46 at km 61 + 442 in Pakosławice,

- extension of the intersection of national road No. 46 with voivodship road No. 401 at about 62 + 142 km for a turbine roundabout type,

- limitation of access to the national road, including liquidation of one of the intersections to the city of Strobice,

- construction of culverts,

- construction of bridge structures over the Cielnica River at km 59 + 271 and Korzkiew at km 61 + 143,

- road lighting in the required range,

- analysis in terms of the need to locate acoustic screens - as part of the preparation of the KIP.

In addition, a technological channel and reconstruction of the existing road drainage system should be designed, as well as reconstruction of colliding infrastructure related to and unrelated to the road (e.g. telecommunications network, electricity, gas, water supply, etc.) - resulting from the decisions of the competent authorities and from arrangements with institutions and owners infrastructure.

The development of project documentation includes:

1. Map for design purposes.

2. Geotechnical documentation.

3. Project Information Card.

4. Construction project with necessary arrangements.

5. Water-law reports.

6. Design of permanent traffic organization.

7. Materials for the application for a ZRID decision (decisions, permits, approvals, opinions, extracts, etc.).

8. Geodetic and cartographic documentation related to the purchase of real estate (real estate division projects).

9. Photographic documentation of real estate intended for purchase under the road lane and for temporary occupation.

10. Stabilization of the road lane boundaries in the section in question after obtaining the final ZRID decision.

11. Documents necessary to carry out the public procurement procedure (Detailed design [road part + industries], Investment cost estimate, Technical Specifications of Performance and acceptance of Construction Works, Bills of quantities, Offer estimates).
