appointment of a project manager whose mission is to design, coordinate, pilot and control the proper execution of the layout of the ground floor of the inha, project manager.

The contract includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche.

the firm tranche corresponds to the overall share of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works for the ESQ, APS, APD, pro, ACT missions and to the visa, det, opc, aor missions of the firm tranche of the works.

The share of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the firm phase of the works is 500,000 euros (excl. VAT).

The optional tranche corresponds to the following additional missions:

visa, det, opc, aor in case of strengthening of the optional part of the work.

The share of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the optional part of the works is 700,000 euros (excl. VAT).

The firm phase of the work corresponds in particular to the layout of the Rose Valland hall and the design of the signage. The objective is to carry out this functional phase of the operation before the end of 2022. This part of the work is defined by mutual agreement with the client during the avp phase.
