The purpose of the consultation is to relaunch Lot 6 supply, installation and maintenance of urban and landscaping equipment as part of the maintenance of community plots and natural areas on the territory of the Beaune Côte et Sud Agglomeration Community. The members of the CAO decided, at the meeting on 5 June 2023 during the award of the lots of the initial contract, to relaunch lot 6 due to insufficient competition.

This is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders entered into in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, L2124-1 and L2124-2 and Articles R2124-1, R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.

The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum and a maximum of €700,000 excluding VAT over the duration of the contract.

The contract shall be concluded from the date of its notification until 28.02.2027.
