Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall is one of the Nordic countries' most exciting environments for professional performing arts and music. The arts centre houses Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera, and Kilden Culture. In interaction with each other, they represent an unparalleled cultural operating concept, in one unified organisation which is also one of the country's largest halls for the performing arts and music. Kilden is also a large employer with over 200 permanent employees.
Kilden needs to join up with tenderers of ICT equipment and IT consultancy services.
The tender contest has 5 lots.
Lot 1 ICT equipment
Lot 2 IT consultancy services, network, and security
Lot 3 IT consultancy services, infrastructure
Lot 4 IT consultancy services, licences, licensing, and certificates

Further information on the 2-year framework agreements with an option for 1+1 year is given under each lot.
A framework agreement will be established for lot 1 that will cover Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall's (contracting authority) need for the procurement of personal IT equipment, technical production equipment, as well as IT infrastructure such as servers, network, security and communication equipment. The framework agreement also includes storage and security copies with the accompanying systems and services, licences, and administration of them.
The procurement will also cover the need for support and maintenance for hardware and the contracting authority's infrastructure. This also includes management and handling of guarantee obligations.
The expected annual scope of the contract will be approx. NOK 800,000 excluding VAT. The basis for further interaction with the selected tenderer is a framework agreement with a duration of 2 years with an option to extend for 1+1 year.
The prices must include all costs connected with the delivery, such as administration and invoicing costs, packaging, customs, taxes, and duties (not VAT). The products must be delivered free of charge for the contracting authority.
Relevant tenderers are not required to deliver all the products listed in the price sheet. If the contracting authority receives tenders with an incomplete price sheet, we reserve the right to price the missing products based on the average price in the received tender. This will be done in order to compare tender numbers. In such cases the contracting authority reserves the right to procure the products from another supplier than the winner of the contest.
NOTE! Attention is drawn to the fact that the tender documentation is under the main contest and not under each lot.
