Heilighartziekenhuis Lier wishes to conclude a framework agreement for dialysis department for a period of 4 years.

There are three delivery addresses: Lier, Herentals and Duffel.

The assignment is to make a proposal for the artificial kidneys that are currently used in the 3 dialysis centers.

An overview of the current references can be found in the technical characteristics. The examples are provided for information.

The expectation is that providers offer 1 type of artificial kidney per requested reference, while maintaining current quality or better and therefore 1 on 1 replaceable.

After the evaluation of the offers, based on the ranking, the best candidate provider will be invited to carry out a practical test.

Required numbers for the practical test, referring to the inventory list :

For artificial kidneys 1 and 3 : 1 box with artificial kidneys ( +/- 25 pieces )

For artificial kidney 2 : 2 boxes with artificial kidneys ( +/- 50 pieces )

Only if it appears that the practical test does not meet expectations, the second ranked candidate will be asked to also carry out a practical test.

The Heilighart Hospital always reserves the right to decide not to carry out the practical test and to award on the basis of the theoretical assessment.
