Purchase Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit or equivalent and purchase Developer Expert Consulting and Cloud Priority Support for the service provided. The description of the subject of the Order is included in the Appendix. 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract, it will constitute an annex to the contract.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in points 7 and 8 of Article 214 (1) of the Act.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that he may first examine and evaluate tenders and then make the Contractor's subject qualification.

The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 30,000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys 00/100). The requirements for the bid bond are described

in chap. 7 SWZ.

The Contractor is obliged to lodge a performance bond in the amount of 5% of the total gross price specified in the offer for the performance of the contract before signing the contract. The requirements for performance bond are described in Chapter 16 of the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit or equivalent and the purchase of the manufacturer's expert consultation service and the Cloud Priority Support service for the service provided.
