This consultation relates to the implementation of a national campaign to characterise household and similar waste collected by the public waste management service. The realization of this campaign was divided into 7 lots: Lot 1: Project management assistance (AMO) Lot 2: Realization of the campaign: North-West of France Lot 3: Realization of the campaign: North-East of France Lot 4: Realization of the campaign: South-West of France Lot 5: Realization of the campaign: South-East of France Lot 6: Realization of the campaign: Ile de France Lot 7: Physico-chemical analyses

The organisation set up provides for a "Project Management Assistant" (AMO) function which is carried out directly with the ADEME project manager. Present throughout the campaign, the AMO covers three main areas of intervention:*Organisation, method and quality assurance of the campaign* Planning and operational monitoring of the campaign* Campaign management
