Conversion of the building in 2001 in the old barracks into an 11-group daycare center

In order to prepare the building for the use of a KiTa, extensive demolition measures and a large number of new construction measures are necessary.

This is Lot 12 - Heating works with the following main dimensions:

- 1 compact heating distributor with 6 heating circuits

- approx. 2,800 m of steel heating pipeline, DN 15 - 100 including fittings

- approx. 770 m pipeline climate cold water steel, DN 15 - 65 including fittings

- approx. 320 pcs. fittings, installation parts and accessories

- 2 buffer tanks 1,000/1,500 litres

- 1 st fresh water station

- approx. 60 pcs valves, pumps, measuring equipment, etc.

- approx. 1,900 m² of underfloor heating

- 16 FBH distribution cabinets including heating circuit distributor

- 14 pcs. tube radiators including accessories

- 70 pcs. valve compact radiators incl. accessories

- 1 st connection to local heating station

- approx. 400 core holes diameter 20 - 250 mm
