The Michaelschule at Dierkower Damm 39 in 18146 Rostock is an inclusive all-day school. In 2015, the entire building shell of the 5-storey prefabricated building was renovated. Two connectors with staircase and elevator systems as well as BA II transoms were added.

The tendered service includes the lighting of BA 3 of the upper level with sports hall.
