The assignment consists of janitor services, both technical operations and service assignments for schools, sports halls and empty buildings managed by the contracting authority. The technical services are roughly building related, whilst the services relate to the operation of schools (locking, clearing, moving, etc.).

The framework agreement is limited area wise to the Contracting Authority's properties.

Note that the work tasks for the different buildings will vary. In some buildings the need will exclusively be for technical operations. In other buildings, the work will only consist of service assignments. In addition there will also be cases where the extent involves both technical operations and service assignments.

The service and the assignments that the operations person/janitor shall carry out and check daily are described in detail in each school's service level contract, SLA — Service Level Agreement. Note that all the attached SLAs shall be followed and seen as a part of the assignment's description.

The framework agreement will be for 2 years from the start of contract, with option for an extension for 1 year + 1 year on the original contract terms.
