2. TBM office building and other measures

Construction of a new office building as the third part of a building complex. The second construction phase has already been built in such a way that a connection is possible (jointly usable escape staircase and connection openings in the facade)

The new building will have 7 storeys (1st basement + ground floor + 1-5th floor) and a gross floor area of approx. 2,790 m 2 be built in passive house standard. 100 office workplaces, team offices and meeting rooms as well as lounges are to be implemented. One goal is the building in a sustainable and future-oriented construction (with regard to the CO 2 -Balance z. B. Use of wood).

Planning services - basic services and special services - of the performance profile, technical planning technical building equipment: AWG, WVA, LTA, GA acc. Sections 53-56 HOAI are awarded in service phases 2-9 in fee zones II to III (minimum rate).

Gradual commissioning is planned.
