The aim of the tender is to conclude an RV for one year (with an extension option of 2x1 year for the delivery of the Splunk logging software with 200GB and the option to increase the GB when the contract is extended to a maximum of 400GB.
The scope of the license includes Splunk as well as Splunk Esential Security and the license agreement of the currently used version expires on November 27, 2023.

All components offered must have a released reliable version by the offer period (no "beta" or "field test" versions).
Products that have already been discontinued at the time of submission of the offer or have reached the status "end of sale", "end of life" or such status in the next 270 days may not be offered.
The offer must be accompanied free of charge by item-related detailed product descriptions (data sheets, certificates, if applicable, etc.) with all technical information in German or English in 1 copy.
The applicable products in the product descriptions must be marked with the item numbers of the bill of quantities.
The product descriptions must contain all the technical and design data necessary for an assessment in the evaluation of the offer.
This means that the performance and suitability for the corresponding purpose must be clear from the descriptions.
If an assessment is not possible in this way, these products must be presented to the client.
Missing information will lead to the exclusion of the offer.
The new software to be used will run from 28.11.2023 - 27.11.2024. With the award of the contract, it is necessary that the software product is available to the client in order to be able to carry out any preparatory work.
The option of 2 extensions of 1 year each should also be taken into account.
In addition, it should be possible to extend the contract to a maximum of 400GB/day with an extension of the contract (after the basic term).
References for the successful implementation of projects of similar size must be provided. At least two references corresponding to the advertised service must be enclosed.
