The agreement consists of the following service forms: Monitoring and NotificationManaged User Workspace (management of workplaces and 2nd and 3rd line supportManaged Services (management of servers and infrastructure)
In addition to these standard activities, extra support is regularly required in the form of expertise in projects or additional first line support at peak times and / or in the absence of own people. It should also be possible for this work to be done at the new IT partner.
The assignment consists of management, monitoring, user support (2nd and 3rd line) and additional support with regard to projects and 1st line user support.
The agreement is entered into for a period of 3 years and has two (2) optional two-sided extensions of two (2) years. The expected commencement date of the agreement is 1.11.2019.
