Service contracts for the operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production and water treatment facilities in Active Life buildings. The consultation is initiated according to the procedure of the open tender provided for in Articles R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-3, R. 2124-5 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code of 1.4.2019. The services are divided into two geographical lots. The contract shall be concluded for a period of ten years from the date of commencement of execution fixed on 1.9.2021 on a forecast basis (Article R. 2112-4). Variants are not allowed. Prices may be revised under the conditions laid down in the CCAP.
