The investment in question includes the execution of design works, construction works and author's supervision as part of the task "Extension of the interregional communication route Kętrzyn – eastern border of the voivodeship on sections DW 592, DW 655, DW 653. Stage III: "Extension of the voivodeship road No. 653 on the section Olecko - voivodeship border".

2. The planned investment is located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the Olecko poviat, in the Olecko commune.

5.Source of financing: ZDW's own resources. The contracting authority provides for submitting an application for co-financing from European Union funds.

NOTE: Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.

6.The Contractor shall be obliged to complete the subject of the contract within the deadline

39 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to the following deadlines:

Stage I: updating the project documentation together with applications,

referred to in § 1 section 2 point 3 of the Agreement within 6 months from the date of

conclusion of the Agreement,

Stage II broken down into:

a) execution and completion of construction works within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement,

b) exercising author's supervision over the complete project during the execution of construction works, in the period from their commencement to the signing of the Final Acceptance Protocol of works,

Stage III: preparation and submission of an application to the Building Supervision Authority

for permission to use or to obtain effective notification

on the completion of all works within 3 months from the date of completion

Works.
