This service contract concerns a complete mission of study and monitoring of the works which includes all the ordinary services incumbent on the architect, including services in the field of stability, infrastructure (sewers, management and soil remediation according to the decree of 1.3.2018, etc.), special techniques (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electricity, fire safety, elevator), landscape as well as PEB (energy performance of buildings), as well as coordination between the aforementioned disciplines. This service contract also includes the cost of studies on the infiltration of water by soil according to the charges of the competent local authorities. (see scope of the mission, Volume 2 point 14).
