The Commune, the CPAS and the RCA of Chaumont-Gistoux are looking for an insurance company for its staff and possibly their family members to conclude a group insurance covering:

 the costs related to hospitalization, including the one day clinic, serious illnesses and the pre (30 days) and post (90 days) operative

 Ambulatory care (illness, accident, pregnancy) not exposed during hospitalization

 outpatient dental care.

Content of the contract

The purpose of the market is:

- Provide extended health care (hospitalization, outpatient and dental) coverage for its staff

- Offer family members the same advantageous coverage

The commune, the CPAS and the CAR are waiting for an offer that meets the objectives set out in this CSCH.

Overview

Hospitalization insurance: Obtain a collective health care hospitalization insurance for its staff, including a one-day clinic, pre-hospitalization (30 days) and post-hospitalization (90 days), as well as a list of critical illnesses.

Ambulatory care insurance: Obtain a group insurance covering ambulatory care (illness, accident, pregnancy) not exposed during hospitalization in addition to hospitalization insurance.

Dental insurance: Obtain a group insurance covering dental care in addition to hospitalization and ambulatory care insurance.

Presumed date of commencement of the contract:

1.7.2019 at the latest.

(mandatory option): The possibility for members of the worker's family to be affiliated, at their own expense, to hospitalization, outpatient and dental care.
