The subject of the contract is the delivery (including acceptance at the place designated by the Ordering Party) at a distance of up to 120 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters at its expense, a brand new, complete, fully operational, ready for use in the construction and repair of forest roads, free from physical, technical and legal defects wheeled excavator.
