the purpose of this consultation is the removal and treatment of waste from certain sites of the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas.Il is a composite market. The main services will be performed according to the requirements set out in the Special Technical Clauses Book, the Special Administrative Clauses and the Annex to the Deed of Engagement. The contract will be the subject of purchase orders for one-off services under the conditions laid down in the annex to the deed of commitment. Finally, new services, not provided for in the contract, may be the subject of either an amendment or a purchase order with a request for a prior quote
