The subject of the order is the purchase (sale) of electricity (hereinafter referred to as "purchase" or "sale") to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o. o. in Toruń within the meaning of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended). This order does not include electricity distribution services. Detailed information on the location of individual collection points (consumption, e.g. buildings, facilities), their description and assignment to individual tariff groups, as well as their current capacity and expected electricity consumption during the contract period is presented in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) constituting part III. Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ).

Supply (sale) of electricity. The Company's anticipated electricity demand in 2020 is 13 610 000.00 kWh.
