Construction supervision (ÖBÜ, SiGeKO, FÜ/FP, Monitoring)

eins energie in sachsen Gmbh & Co. KG is the owner of the site of the former Annaberg-Buchholz gasworks, Talstraße 4 on Bundesstraße 101. Due to the operation of a gas plant at the site lasting more than 8 decades, harmful soil changes have been caused by pollutants typical of the gasworks, which are to be rehabilitated by soil exchange as part of the exemption from contaminated sites. The subject of the contract includes the construction supervision of the soil remediation of the former gasworks Annaberg-Buchholz, Talstraße 4 with

- Baugrubenverbau (Bohrpfahlwand),

- construction water retention with water purification,

- Soil excavation and disposal of mainly hazardous waste (approx. 39,000 tons).

For the implementation of the necessary measures to avert danger, a public law contract (ÖRV) was concluded on the basis of the redevelopment plan (approval planning) between the Erzgebirgskreis and the exempted and remediation debtor eins energie in sachsen GmbH & Co. KG.

The services are to be carried out in accordance with the rules and the recognized state of the art, taking into account and complying with all protective measures for safe work; in particular, it should be noted that:

In order to ensure that the client's objectives of the remediation project are achieved, the client (AG) intends to award the services of construction supervision of the soil remediation of the former gasworks Annaberg-Buchholz, Talstraße 4 with excavation pit shoring (bored pile wall), construction water retention with water purification, soil excavation and disposal of mainly hazardous waste (approx. 39,000 tons) with the service parts

- the Local Construction Supervision (öBÜ),

- external monitoring/external testing (FÜ/FP) as well as

- Safety and Health Coordination (SiGeKo)

to an expert, efficient and reliable engineering office.
