The city of Aachen intends to award planning services for buildings and interiors for the extension of the primary school KGS Auf der Hörn.

The school is currently 1.5-speed and will grow to 2-speed in the short term. Currently, there is no kitchen or dining room within the school. So far, lunch has been taken in small groups in the neighboring "Haus Hörn". However, due to the pandemic situation, this has not been possible since last year.

For this reason, a provisional food counter has now been set up in the school building to serve the food prepared in Haus Hörn.

In addition to these deficits, the school also lacks classrooms and multi-purpose rooms, as well as rooms for the management and staff of the OGS and a medical room.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- Buildings and interiors (work phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10) incl. demolition planning.

The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to place orders in stages.

The commissioning of the subsequent stage is subject to approval by the committees and political bodies.

The Contractor shall not be entitled to any further assignment in accordance with Level 1, he shall not be able to derive any further remuneration claims or claims for damages from the step-by-step assignment.
