The subject of the contract is the design and construction of a self-service bicycle rental system as part of the task: "Construction and development of small interchange junctions and connecting bicycle paths in Sosnowiec - stage II - Construction of a bicycle rental".

1. The subject of the contract is the design and construction of a self-service bicycle rental system as part of the task: "Construction and development of small interchange junctions and connecting bicycle paths in Sosnowiec - stage II - Construction of a bicycle rental".

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 3 to the ToR - Functional and Utility Program.

3. The contractor will be required to develop a detailed material and financial schedule which will be the basis for settlement of completed construction works.

4. The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of a contract of employment of construction workers performing construction works consisting in: construction of bicycle rental elements: terminals, racks and shelters as well as rental facilities along with accompanying works.

5. If the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order indicated trademarks, patents, origin or source, as well as standards, technical approvals and reference systems, it may offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc. The Contractor who refers to the equivalent solution described by the Employer is obliged to indicate that the subject of the contract offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Employer.

6. The minimum required warranty period for the Subject of the contract is 60 months. The warranty period begins on the day of signing the final acceptance report stating the faultless performance of the subject of the contract.

7. This contract is financed from funds from the European Union under the Regional Operational Program of the Śląskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for the priority axis: IV. Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and low carbon economy for action: 4.5. Low-carbon urban transport and effective lighting for sub-measure: 4.5.1. Low-emission urban transport and effective lighting - ITI.
