The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste code 19 05 99 (other wastes not specified – stabilizate) in the maximum amount of 10,000 Mg, but not less than 500 Mg.

2. Waste will be handed over in uncompacted form (in bulk).
3. The waste in question (19 05 99) meets the requirements of § 3 point 2 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 22 December 2017 on unit rates of fees for the use of the environment (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2490) and the requirements set out in Appendix 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July 2015 on the admission of waste to landfills (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1277). The Ordering Party will confirm the fulfilment of the parameters by providing the results of laboratory tests performed by an authorized laboratory once a month.
4. The collection of waste shall be confirmed by waste transfer cards.
5. Waste will be transported and managed by the Contractor at the Contractor's expense. The amount of waste will be settled on the basis of a legalized cargo scale located at the Contracting Authority's premises of the Waste Management Plant in Wardyń Górny. Loading and related costs are charged to the Ordering Party.
6. At the time of transfer of waste by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the seized waste, for proper handling of it and for the consequences resulting from it.
7. Waste will be loaded with the Contracting Authority's equipment, and the Contractor will be obliged to provide a container or other equipment adapted to collect this type of waste. The means of transport must meet the requirements of the applicable law, and in particular be technically efficient. The distances between the extreme axles of a vehicle entering the ZGO area may not exceed a length of 18 m, and its permissible total weight is to be in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 305).
8. At the time of announcing the procedure, the Ordering Party does not have a permit for transboundary movement of waste.
9. The Contractor shall be obliged to:
collection of waste from the Waste Management Plant in Wardyń Górny,
familiarize yourself, before proceeding with the subject of the order, with the health and safety regulations applicable to the facility,
collection of waste from the premises of the Plant, transport organized by the Plant and at its own expense during the Plant's working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or on other days and hours with the consent of the Ordering Party,
collection of waste on an ongoing basis, continuously, within 3 working days from the prior notification of the need for collection by the Ordering Party, as well as after agreeing the time of collection with the Ordering Party's representative,
a single collection from the Ordering Party will include a minimum of 20 Mg of waste.
