The item of the Order is divided into six parts: Part No 1 - delivery of building materials: concrete cube; Part No 2 - delivery of building materials: curb, edging, openwork slab, resistor; Part No 3 - delivery of building materials: cement-sand subplet, freight concrete;

Part No. 4 - supply of building materials: stone aggregate, crushed stone. Part No. 5 - supply of building materials: sand. Part No. 6 - supply of building materials: YOMB board. The subject of the contract is the cyclical supply of the Ordering Party with building materials consisting in their delivery and unloading in the places indicated in the orders awarded by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to collect by its own transport – it applies to parts No. 1, 3, 4, 5. Then the loading is on the side of the Supplier. The order will be executed from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 or the exhaustion of the amount limit.

The Contractor is obliged to deliver and unload the object of the contract at his own expense to the places indicated by the Ordering Party, among the following: the headquarters of the Ordering Party - 78 Gdańska Street in Władysławowo, the sites of the building blocks carried out by the Ordering Party and located in the Wladysławowo Municipality, sites of building houses implemented within the borders of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility to receive its own transport of building materials — concrete cube (part no. 1). Then the loading lies on the Supplier's side. The Ordering Party will each time anticipate the need for a particular construction by sending an order to the Provider in order to prepare for the delivery of a given quantity of building materials. The quantity of materials indicated in the order must be prepared for delivery within 7 days from the date of sending the order by email. Delivery of materials to the places indicated in the order will be made within 2 days of the notification by telephone or e-mail by persons authorized by the Contracting Authority. As a rule, the delivery of a given order will be carried out with full transports. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the last delivery batch of the order in question may be carried out as delivery with incomplete transport. Accordingly, the supplier will not demand additional remuneration from the Ordering Party related to the delivery of the cube with incomplete transport. The offer price for the supply of building materials should include; all costs, including transport and landing at the place of delivery, and shall not change throughout the delivery period.Any delivery must be confirmed by the person appointed by the Contracting Authority on the WZ document issued by the Supplier.

The original WZ document will form the basis for the qualitative and quantitative reception of the ordered batch of material. The quantities of building materials listed above are the estimate, the actual quantities of the building material ordered may be smaller. In this case, the Suppliers do not serve for this claim. Pallets will be returned to the Supplier at the request of the Ordering Party within a period of not less than 30 days and not more than 120 days from the date of delivery of the pallet in question, and their price does not fall into the cost of the materials (the Supplier will not charge the Ordering Party for pallets). The cost of using pallets by the Ordering Party must be calculated in the price of the material. If the Ordering Party exceeds a time limit of 120 days for the return of pallets, the Supplier will charge the Ordering Party for the cost of pallets at the unit price specified in the Supplier's offer. Price per 1 pallet is one of the criteria for assessing bids and the Supplier will declare the price per 1 pallet in point 2B of the Offer Form.

Deliveries of materials to the places indicated in the order will be carried out within 2 days of the telephone or e-mail notification by persons authorized by the Ordering Party. As a rule, deliveries of a given order will be carried out by full transports. The Ordering Party stipulates that the last batch of delivery of a given order may be carried out as a delivery with incomplete transport.

Therefore, the Supplier shall not demand from the Ordering Party additional remuneration related to the delivery of YOMB boards with incomplete transport.
