The Deutsches Museum appoints in accordance with the Act on Company Physicians, Safety Engineers and
other specialists for occupational safety (ASiG) and the accident prevention regulation (DGUV regulation)
2) the occupational safety specialist.
The safety-related support of the approximately 580 employees is mainly carried out in the
Main building Deutsches Museum, isolated (expected maximum 1x per month) but also in the
Branches verkehrszentrum and Flugwerft Schleißheim and three other depots for stored
Exhibits in the Munich area and the newly opened Museum of the Future in Nuremberg.
a) The contractor (ff. contractor) takes over the safety-related support
of employees at the Deutsches Museum (client, ff. AG) according to the requirements
§ 6 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) in conjunction with the Accident Prevention Regulation
"Occupational physicians and specialists for occupational safety" (DGUV regulation 2), in the applicable
Socket. She/He supports/advises the Deutsches Museum in complying with the obligations arising from the
Occupational Health and Safety Act.
b) The basic care and company-specific support according to the DGUV
Regulation 2 in the currently valid version to provide services (see Annex 1 and Annex 2)
shall be agreed between the Client and the Contractor. The scope of the services in the
Company-specific support depends on the requirements in the individual departments.
